I loved using clen, I only did cardio 1-2 times a week and ate clean but by no means measured perfect, and lost 8lbs in 3 weeks. Hardened me up too. I took Taruine with it for cramps, but no T3. Im looking into Clen and T3-T4 for after my cycle and PCT To cut up for summer, but this time with more cardio and better diet.
