    Sheeks progress pics

    Hey guys!

I started my diet on Jan 8. I started around 288lbs. The first pics where taken one week into my diet. I was around 280.

The second pic was taken this week aprox 8 weeks into my diet. I am aroun 240lbs. I lost 40lbs in 8 weeks. My goal is around 190-200 and I plan to reach my goal before june.

I will post some pics up every couple of weeks. I cant wait till I am done! Let me know what you guys think.

i'd be wary of losing weight that fast, you must be stripping muscle away too.

Hey guys thanks for the support. I hired a trainer and all and its gone really great so far. He really thinks I can compete in 12 weeks for a local level 1 show. I think I can do it!

I started with him in sept 06. I was around 240. He brought me up to 288 in 3 month on a crazy bulking plan. We will see how it goes. But I have no doubt that I will reach it.

jesus thats a lot of weight fluctuation. have u ever used gear?

5 lbs a week. thats a lot of prgress man but thats not really very healthy. you must be losing a lot of muscle. the absolute max amount you should be losing is 2-3lbs/week. also, when you started your trainer helped you gain 48lbs in 3 months? if you're gaining muscle naturally, you wouldn't be able to gain more than 4-5lbs per month if it was all lean muscle. so the rest of the weight would have been fat and it looks like you gained pretty much all fat. i don't understand what the goal was? what was your diet and exercise routine like when you were bulking and what is it now?

    Hey,

Thanks for the reply's. Well my coach has trained some national bodybuilders, and has transformed 2 of my friends so I trust him.

I am on 1000 mg of test and 600 mg of eq to minimize muscle loss, I started this 3 weeks before cutting (during bulking is was test and deca) My strength is still up there! I usually do 125 incline db for 8-9 4 sets, it dropped down to 6-7 now 4 sets. and my other lifts are around the same..

My training has totally changed since cutting. I actually weighed myself today and I am 237 and it will be 9 weeks on monday. So I guess my weight loss is tappering off. I expect to loose muscle its all part of cutting.

Do you have any before pics? before you bulked up?

What was your BF when you started your bulking cycle?

How long had you been training before you bulked up?

this is not meant as a flame or disrespect,

but youve only trained for 7 months and done two largeish cycles with your bf% so high, why?

congrats on losing the weight but all that gear at such a high bf% just seems a bit of a waste, and cutting down to competeing standard in 12 weeks is gonna be a serious strain on you...

best of luck and i really hope you do it

nothing like hard work to reach your goals. i see now why aas are illegal and becoming harder to get. people who have no place using them not only use them but abuse them just to be average. i cant believe this.

yea, congragulations on the weight lose. your trainer must be a real asshole recommending cycles like that to people who need a so-so diet and cardio to see results. you drop from a stroke and your trainer is going to jail for awhile. it amazes me what people will recommend to others. if your trainer didnt recommend that, whoever did is an asshole.

even after the weight lose you are so far from needing aas its ridiculous but not only are you using but your using way more than you would need in the next few years IF you even continue to work out. this is both sad and ridiculous and i hope any newbie or young person looking at this board does not follow this example.

this is not a flame at all but an opinion from someone with years and years being in the gym. i really cant believe this thread.

    Hey dudes,

Thanks for your concern. I have been training Naturally for 6 years and two with juice (total 8 years of traning). So I am not a newbie to training or juice. I am 6'1 25. I started juicing when I was 23. My trainer knows my history. I Did two cycles (last one 750mg test, and a little dbol). Yes I am fat, but thats why I am changing. No need to judge me...

you've been training 8 years? 2 on juice?

eating cheetos and playing playstation is not training. i can't imagine what your idea of training is but i'm afraid its off.

i mean no offense, but you're clinically obese....you do not know how to train

wel at least you are doing the right thing now. Learn from your mistake and concentrate on diet and cardio. Get them both 100% dedicated and you will strip the fat back in no time.

    Hey bros,

Sorry if I am not perfect like you guys. I have been working very hard and will not give up, you will see.

I almost died in a car accident a year ago... I am just happy to be alive.

The past 9 weeks. I have been doing cardio 6 days a week twice a day at 45mins. Now it is up to 50 mins twice a day 6 days a week. I am only using ECA once a day. I am going to start some clen soon. I WAS obese but that is changing cant you see?

This is the picture part of the site and my intentions jus to show my progression, not to recieve advice... If I wanted it I would asking it in the other sections.

    Thanks!

your so funny....did you read your first post before you actually posted it.you did ask what people thought.

people completely change their physique in 1 year without any gear and 8 at your size, you could of been massive, but your just fat!you obviously dont train properly/hard enough.
and have you really been on ar for 4 yrs?????thats amazing.you have all this superb info at your finger tips and done absolutely nothing with it.shame

its time to do things properly and not cry cus people are telling you the truth

8 years of training, 2 with Gear... Your Strength is kinda weak for your weight..

You can see results with 200mg test why so much? And they're not trying to judge... it's constructive criticism

Where did you find this trainer push gear? I have some gear that I'm dying to take, but am not doing so until my bf% is lower. For some one that almost died and is happy to be alive, you are really pushing you body's limit.
