Whats up guys, figured id post my training log here for suggestions /critiques/thoughts ETC.. Ill give you a little backround.. 6'3, 210, 12%bf(roughly)..just finished my first "cycle" if you want to call it that.. it was anavar only and im beggining to feel my shit was fake.. got it from a lab that recently went under.. after stopping the cycle im not even suppresed/ so we might be able to call myself natural.. not sure lol... ANYWAYS... im following a westside style format.. my numbers are pretty weak, but keep in mind while reading them that i use very strict and deliberate form/ due to prior injuires and really shitty joints, form comes 1st not the poundage...Heres the format i follow
1) Rep effort squat/deadlift Hypertrohpy
2) Rep effort bench Hypertrohpy
3)Max effort Squat deadlift
4) Max effort bench
Ill typically go one day on one day off, seems to work best, but i will go two on one off sometimes if i have nothing to do that day, and feel like hittin the gym
