MGF,IGF water, AA,..mixing ???

Need some help.
IGF I mix normaly with B12 of BW. I use it in 24 hours 100mcg Gensci.
No problem as delivered with Kit.
When I use another IGF, it comes in 1mg how to mix it that it stays good for 10 or more days in the fridge?
Same to MGF - I get it in 1mg dosage in a vial - how to mix it that it is good for 4-5 weeks???

Second that. MGF has to be refridgerated before and after. IFG before, but when using AA, you don't have to after as long as the temp is under 95F or so - it doesn't hurt though.
