I have used GH before as part of my pct protocol. But recently I have noticed some people mentioning that they are using IGF in their PCT. How is this done? For what duration and at what dosages. Have you noticed good results using IGF in PCT?

I will be running 40mcg in my pct 3 days a week. mon, wed, fri. bi-latteral in lagging body parts [bi's ' tri's, chest] 20mcg into each side right after work out. i start next week and will do this for 4 weeks on, 4 off and then 4 on again.

i use it in my pct and for me it works great. I have to be honest though, 40mcg 3 days a week may be too little. at least for me i noticed differences from 50mcg to when i bumped it up to 80mcg. I also used it bilatrally but havent noticed site specific differences in doing this. I use it post workout 40mcg each side so i train 4 days a week, I do it EOD. the effects are subtle but you should keep the muscle youve gaines and lose some fat and water if done with a good deit and other PCT products. never will i run pct w/o it again.
I'm going to be doing the same thing, I'm also running gh to and will start the IGF about 3wks in my PCT.

Sorry to hear that. I'm a dog lover and that kind of stuff is a sensitive subject for me.
