Looking fantastic bro. I'm still FAR off your pace, but I'm looking to get to 180-185 just like you (same height I believe).

Surfárn, I'm 100% natural. I've never done a cycle. As far as my shoulder workout... I warm up doing handstand pushups. From there I start with shoulder press, either dumbbells or with a bar. I do 12, 6, 6, 8 reps. Then cable lat raises. 10, 8, 10 reps. Then I'll do dumbbell lat raises heavy, 8, 6, 8 reps. Rear delts 10, 8, 8, 12 reps. Then shoulder shrugs with bar and with dumbbells. I finish my shoulder workout with handstand holds or handstand pushups and I stretch my shoulders. That's it. My shoulder workout is pretty quick but I hit them heavy. I usually have time left over to hit my abs or my hamstrings.

I don't think its all genetics. Mostly gymnastics like he said. Handstand pushups are a killer, if you can actually get in the position to even try one.
