    Deadlift day.

I'm sitting here in my lab at "school", and all i can think of is how much i'm looking forward to deadlifts and hams tonight. It's my favorite day, and has always been my favorite. I feel like it's the most functional lift, you know? How many times in your life do you have to push a boulder off your chest? Or squat underneath something that's suspended above the ground and move it upwards? I pick things up every day, several times a day. I think that's why i love deadlifting so much.

What's your favorite day and why?

deadlift as well, i love it because i can pull like a champ! it is the one lift that you can get an extra 50lbs out of if you are riled up and crazy, it brings out my best madness and i dont give a flying fck what people in gyms think about me.

good post, was thinking about my fav's the other day. Currently is Monday - Chest and Back day, then Tuesday - leg day. I use to hate DL's on back day but I'v grown to love them. I'm still not 100% in love with squats but overall I love my leg day because of the progress I'v seen in the past 6 months of hardcore dedication...

Hmmm, Deadlift is a great F-ing exercise. The only people that do it are ones that actually give a shit about lifting/bb/pl

think I might do shoulders and tris but the main focus this weak is back/w deads and hams. prolly on wensday, man im getttin pumped up now, maybe ill do it today.

My favorite day is a tough call between chest and back/bi's. I love hitting chest at different angles and flys right after but nothing compares to the pump from a good back and biceps session.

Did I just hear doc sust say he hates squats

I love deadlifts when I am motivated, nothing like going into the gym and pull some ****ing big weights when you got plenty of energy.

deadlift is my favorite exercise as well.....rack deads are really awesome too.

    1. you really cant cheat with the deadlift, its a true measure of strength. not to knock plers, but you can wear a shirt or a suit.....i dont think its done with deads.....with squats, peoples form sucks and they never go deep enough, with bench, people bounce the bar off their chests or exaggerate the arch. cant really cheat with deads

    2. the soreness throughout the back the next day.....nothing like it.......it takes so much muscle to hold and support that weight, it has really changed how my upperbody looks.

its a great feeling holding a bar with a shitload of plates each side

I knew there was something special about today. All time PR 525X1 at 183 lbs. Raw of course. Damn it feels good to be a gangster.
