That's not entirely true. You need to make sure that you reduce the intensity of your workouts. I like to change my entire routine for PCT, from my typical split to a more full body/maintenence type workout. As long as you don't do anything stupid and keep your calories and protein high, working out during PCT can be a good thing.

as in high reps low weight?
not high reps. just dont go to failure and beyond
I think part of this is simply a myth, for me, i continue to make gains throughout PCT.....just make sure your macros are on target

ok so ill use the same ammount of weight but i wont go till failure.
does this still apply if you running clen afterwards as this has slight anabolic / anti catabolic effects?
