    credit report problem

I'll try and make this short. I rented a car from enterprise. When i was done i left it at the body shop where my car was being fixed as told by enterprise. Enterprise calls me the next day and says the car has damage. It didn't when i left it. The body shop say nothing happened to it there. It was left there for about 4 hours.
The guy who picked it up at the body shop and drove it to the office. That was mysteriously his last day. I think he damaged it.
I also had my regular car insurance with a 500 deductible which would pay if i damaged the car.
Enterprise didn't bill my car insurance. I didn't damage the car so i wont pay it. Now its on my credit report. What can i do?

That right there is the reason you should always get the optional insurance from the rental company.

Unfortunately it can take months to get your credit report straightened out. You're going to have to call both the credit agency, and enterprise, and figure out a solution.
