i have to ?s one is when i start doubling my sus to 500 ml should i take it in one shot or split it in to two diff days. if one is btter then the other please explain y. second ? is r u sopose to be takign somthign to help clean ur liver and kidneys. i bought milkthistle is this worth it

they say you should shoot the sust at least twice a week to keep your levels straight because of the prop.

there is also liver aid bro...but there are some people that swear by milk thistle...all due respect to him but thats just his opinion maybe he didnt like it...but I know a few ranked BBers who use it 4 weeks before cycle just to get the liver protected....so if you want to to try itgo for it and see what it does for you.

good point bro..but alot of guys take that and cranberry extract during and after cycle...I guess it makes them feel better.

2x a week 250 say on monday and 250 on thursday. and injectable dont pass through liver so why would you want to use milk thistle? just get anti e's and you should be fine.
