    questions on research chems and AS

    I just started Nan Deca and Test E. My weight is about 146. My height 6ft. I am tall and thin. The only place I hold fat is on top of my abs. I want to get that off quickly. My problem is I try to eat healthy with low fat and high protein but I always wind up getting fast food multiple times a week due to my schedule. I take 300 of ND and 600 TE a week going on my second week. I just ordered and recieved Clomi. I was thinking about ordering T3 and Clen. I read a very informative post about T3 and I was thinking about trying it to knock down the fat around my abs while working out on AS to prevent the muscle loss that can come with the use of T3. Do you recommend the use of this. If I use it should I use it with Clen, or maybe just use Clen by itself. Also when do I start the Clomi, is it at the end of the cycle or during and the end. Just so all info is accurate. I ended my last cycle about a month ago with the same AS and doses. My right nipple is sore and puffy and I can feel some very small build up under it. I was using nutrtion store estrogen blockers. I bought the clomi for this. Is there something to reverse the puffyness. Those who reply thanks in advance for the help. Im not trying to be huge but I want size and cut.

    So this is your 2nd cycle with test and deca and you are 6 ft 146lbs??? And you used otc PCT for the first cycle?

    Dude, you absolutely do not need any drugs period. If you dont want to get big then just train naturally and research proper diet and training.

    No one here will recommend you use aas with your stats.

    You need to stop whatever you are using now and start researching the diet and training forums to get some information to meet your goals.

    Thanks Kaberle for the info. As for the other two with ignorant comments, not everyone here who post has alot of knowledge so if you dont want to help then go read something else. Is there anyone else who has any suggestions? Yes I can work out on my own but I wanted better gains and I had the equipment available. So if you were me what whould you do and why?

    I understand that thats the point of these forums being here, so people can learn and get information...but dude, your height and bodyweight just screams that you jumped into roids without really researching.

    thanks jaydub. The info that I had was all from others friends, etc. I really just started reading this site nightly to load up on info. Yes I did a cycle already and did see great results and thats why I continued. And again when I said above im not trying to get big I meant big like competition big. I do want some nice size. I dont know if its possible with my body typeI figure my arms will only get so big.

    And I did work out steady naturally untill my gym was wiped out by Huricane Katrina. Now I am in another state and got back into it but now I am using what I stated above.

    Ya but, 6Ft tall and 146# is very skinny. You said you already did one cycle, how much did you weight before that one?

    varied between 129-135. I ve been the same hight for some the past few years

    I hear ya dude. we all want our results right now. but you really should read up on proper training and diet and set the juice aside for now. there'll be a time for that. ya gotta build a good base before ya pack it on with roids

    By the way, how old are you?, and how long have you been training?, what's your diet like? I used to be skinny too, wei***ng 160lbs @ 6'3". After many years of training and Eating I am now around 225, and have gotten as high as 250lbs, without ever using Steroids.

    Now that I am reading more on this site and can see how much more there is to it. In my defense, any info I got before was from friends working out that were older than me that were very big. I am 26 when I was 18 I was about 111 lbs. I have always been thin and with the job I had I never could keep steady at it and got mad with slow results now I tried something different. Also with diet - before with just straight working out I didnt use any diet I kept eating out but I did drink weight gain and protein. Once i moved where I am at now I started at the gym for about a month than I did the first cycle and now I am doing the second. Now from what everyone is telling me now - should I stop all together or should I at least finish this cycle. I do try to follow a diet now as much as I can and take in my weight in grams of protien per day. I wrote this for suggestions. As you can see I got stupid responses above. Anyway ottomaddox if you have any suggestions let me know we look like we may have close to the same build at start.

    When I started training, I didn't know anything, so I got a personal trainer. I was with him for about a year, after that I pretty much had a good understanding of different exercises, ones that worked for me and others that didn't. I was about 22 to 23 yrs old then. In that first intense year of being personal trained, I put on about 20lbs of weight, I did that by using a product called Metabalol by Champion nutrition. One shake before working out and one after also made with whole milk. The combination of the training and nutrition is what has really worked for me. I hope this helps, and be sure to read , read, read, along with eating.
    P.S. Stop eating that fast food crap. Go to the grocery store. It Works!!!

    Well, Im probably gonna get slammed for this one, but here it goes. Just f'n do it, but do it right. Healthy, that is. Diet, some cardio, proper training, blood work, proper vitamins, minerals and supplements, PCT, ETC... research, research, research....

    Thanks ottomaddox. I guess I will finish this cycle and really focus on my diet. I will look into that product you mentioned. I have access to some time with a personal trainer at my gym because it came with the membership. I may get with him and let him fine tune my routine.

    ordering letro now. Having problems with arr site tonight for some reason. Ive been reading tring to put together a good diet from now on.

    I thought originally that is could cut down that fat I had over my abs. Know I see thats not the case. Thats why I asked for help before I ordered it and tried it.

    Yeah bro, diet is KEY. Even with the help of steroids muscles dont come from nowhere you have to put the food in to move the scale. I used to think I was a slow gainer but once I counted up the macros in my diet I learned what my real problem was. Start that letro asap and hopefully you can reverse that gyno still (or atleast shrink it up a bit). Get your diet in check and do some cardio if you are looking for abs. The goals you stated could easily be gotten to in no time with proper diet + training.

    Thanks for the info I was just reading about bulking in the diet section. Tommorrow im going to load up the food for the week. Tring to get letro but arr is down tonight for some reason.

    Eswole, I'm saying this out of concern. Have you been checked out by a doctor? I'm 6 foot even, the lightest I've been as an adult was in the 155 range and that was temporary -for only a couple of weeks. I was not and did not look healthy. Concerned family and friends commented on it, some even asked me if I had aids or some other disease. You said that you started out at 111 at 6 foot -that is literally concentration camp, on the verge of death thin. I'm not saying that to be mean or funny I'm writing to illustrate how thin that is. To be honest I almost don't believe you.

    In your first post you are talking about using T3 to loose some fat at 6' and 146? Your body probably is reacting like its in starvation mode and trying to store fat That is ten pounds lighter then I was at my lightest and I looked rail thin. Don't use the T3. Go get checked out by a doctor - not just BP and heart rate but the whole 9 yards. You may have some metabolic or digestive disorder. Hell they may even prescribe you some steroids(then you won't have to pay). As a side note Stay away from the fast foods its not your weight but your cholesterol. AAS will not be good for your cholesterol, if you combine that fast foods you are asking for trouble.

    My intent is not to insult you, I'm not the best with words, so I apologize in advance. Go get checked out by a doctor.

    I had a guy at work tell me deca was all water weight, asked what type of testosterone anadrol was, and refuses to use clomid from lion because it says not for human use..yes there are people more undereducated about aas then this guy...another guy asked me why his bottle of QV test prop had a dog on the front, took ONE, YES ONE shot and said "man i can't tell a difference"...
