    Please Critique

    Sup bros.. Please let me have it.. I am always confused.. get big or get shredded..... Any comments or pointers are much appreciated.. Thank you

    You are pretty much shredded. The only way to go now is get big. Bulk up eat more, lift heavier. You have a good start now just take it to the next level.

    You look great shredded!! have you ever bulked up ?
    you could put on some nice size bulking up and then cut down again later.

    yea.. I def want to take it to the next level, but then I know Im going to loose some of my vascularity/definition.. I guess I just have to do it already.. I may go on a heavy bulk coming up shortly and then cut down again...

    HAHA SMAN you almost had me there!! LOL.. thanks for the compliments my friend.. Yea I really like the way I look lean.. I bulked up once. I was around 220 but only for a short time ( shoulder injury set me back) In the pick im about 195-200 lbs.. I was much bigger at 220 obviously but it was a eat everything in sight diet.. I guess the next step is to jump on a lean bulk diet or a heavy bulk for a few months and then just cut down... thanks once again brotha!!!

    no need to gain too much BF, keep diet nice and clean with cardio and you shouldn't gain mroe than 2% BF.

    You look good though, just put on the size now.

    eat big,but clean & lift hard...no need to get "fat" with what you got there.....put on nice lean muscle as you go up...you will most likely gain some fat....but you can take it back off when you are ready....keep it in check with diet.

    do you have any back or leg pics?
    I would agree with most everyone that you should put on some mass, don't worry about losing some definition over a bulking period cause you know you can get it back again. because once again, bulking is only temporary, however long you choose it to be. i prefer to bulk over the winter cause im already wearing big loose clothing anyway. trust the fact that the next time you cut down after your bulking phase, you will look even better than you do now.

    NIce dude, your build is what I hope to accomplish in 8-10 weeks when im done with cutting. LEts see you 6'2 195 and that schredded. I'm 5'11 and 200 and not nearly schreded but with same amt of muscle mass i assume so I guess my target goal/weight while retaining all muscle of 180-185 is realistic.

    Well...to me it looks like ya got the shredded part down buddy. I guess it depends on your goals. I think you look good though.

    you can do it bro.. It was really all my diet that brought me down to this level.. I have never been this lean in my life.. you can and will do it bro! good luck

    Lift, there is a thread on another board made by Marcus about Extreme Eating - I took his advice and am on a heavy bulking cycle and have gained already 25 lbs and not looking too fat at all but at 255 feeling huge!!

    agreed. if you run a clean bulk you should be able to put a decent amount of mass on and not lose an excessive amount of vascularity or definition. i would try my best to gain some quality mass, while your natural test levels are still very high. goodluck -B-STRONG

    You don't have to get fat at all to bulk up IMO. Just keep the same foods in your diet that you were eating before and just increase your cals by about 300 (mainly in carbs) and wait 3-5 wks and see what kind of changes are happening on the scale and in the mirror. Then when progress stops or you are not satisfied, bring it up another 2-300 cals. And so on. Slow and steady wins the race.
