    Clen weekly pictures. PB method

    The first two are before pics. The next three are week one. I am currently on day three of week two. Iv been busting my ass as far as diet,sleep,cardio, and training. I'm running for 6 weeks"PB method". I'l have new pictures up weekly for others to see how good clen works with proper diet, nutrition, and training. Enjoy brosss

    The first pic here was before my first cycle. I was 165 lbs. The second and third pic is during cycle of Test/Winny approx 196. Had amazing 30lb gain! became depressed over girlfriend and became a fat shit who stopped working out . I use this site for motivation and good clean advice and I thank every member who has helped for it!

    how often are you doing cardio? are you spliting the dose up? what time do you take both? what s your diet like? what time do you go to the gym ? lay out your day if you don't mind. The reason im asking all this im also on my second week of clen right now ive been doseing half in the morn at 6 taking pre workout shake workout for a hour and do 20 min's of cardio then post workout shake lunch around noon lean protein and veggies another bit of food around 4 again at 7-8 and another shake before bed. non workout days i do cardio for 45-60 mon

    I split the dose I'm up to 120mcgs I take 60 in the a.m and another 60 about an hour before my workout.

    I do cardio 4 times a week for only 30-40 min at a 3.5 incline 3.5 pace. In the a.m on an empty stomach. I eat 6 meals a day, about 200-250 grams of protein per day, low fat, mod carb. Heres the link to my diet thread http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=288867

    Yes I have, and I had no motivation to do it after the first week. And after the first week I did not experience any significant fat lose. I know it takes more then a week, but i like results to come about quick along with everyone else on this board.

    I don't think there so much uneven there just covered in access fat that I have to loose.

    You don't have alot of fat on your body at all man..

    If i were you I would just turn the little bit you have left into muscle..

    I think the clen was unnecessary.. but good luck and keep bustin your ass if it's what you want

    Yeah actually I decided to drop the clen, possibly do the 2 week off method, just because i want to see what i can obtain w/o it. Will be sticking to the same diet, lifting routine and cardio! thanks for the comments bros

    I can tell you're holding a lot of water. How much do you drink daily? If it's in the two gallon range, you might need to lower your sodium intake.

    agree with above. Unless you are doing it for a specific reason (show,modelling whatever..) then I would say stick with bulking.

    Thanks guys, yeah Im actually clean cutting, around 3000 cals a day, low fat, moderate carb, I try to cut sodium out as much as possible, but it seems to be in everything now a days, I drink around a gallon of water a day. All I drink is water so this may be why I look a little bloated. I really want my abs back for the summer, what do you bros suggest? thanks

    Man you are all over the place. Can't live without clen, now you dropped it. You first diet was like not even 2000 calories, and now you are at 3000? Bulk or cut, choose one and stick with it. You will see results that way.

    if you are bloated, cut down on the simple carbs and sodium and drink WAY more water.

    You look to have lost a little BF. I would say you need to sort the cardio and your diet properly if you want the six pack to show. With clen in the mix you could have done it by now.

    I liked clen, up until it started messing around with my breathing in the middle of class, I would trip out and start panicking.

    So as of now im training 100% natural with a lean diet. My cardio is on the low side because I want more size towards my upper chest area and traps. I'm going to stay natural all throughout summer as well. If I dont like how I want to look, then fall Im thinking about planing a cycle.
