    yeah, I dont listen to punk in the gym, I like punk, real punk that is, none of that broke back blink 183 trash... but Im a freakin metal head man, cant go wrong with lamb of god, or their early shit when they were called burn the preist... slayer, slipknot, pantera, killswitch engaged, children of the botom, gwar etc...

    find what works for you. I need loud angry aggresive music to pump myself up... rap and hip hop certainly dont do it...
