i woudl stick with the CEE insted of mono, and yes u can take it, but i woudl try it for 8 weeks on then get blood test just to see how it effects you. just to be safe.Originally Posted by gottibme

I have never heard creatine being rough on liver. Anyone have links to any decent publications? if this is true.
