12.5 Weeks Out

Hello All,

Here are my pics. I am 5 ' 7 1/2 " tall, weigh 188 lbs, hand held bf machine says 14.1% body fat. Show is June 9th. I used this board last year as a guide for critquing and advice. From my view, my waist looks WIDE and my arms lack thickness. Quads, chest, traps and delts are on track. Not sure about back. Still lack thickness ! If you do a search you can see where i was last year and compare. Abs came in late last year. I appear to hold TONS of water. I can see them in the mirror but NOTTA in the pics. Lighting mabye bad or im just plain fat. Let me have it !!!!!
