    Auxiliairy Day

Do you ever have a day during your training to shock he muscles and maybe just use the big lifts for say 50-75% of 1 rep max for 5 sets of 6?

    Hang clean
    row
    push press
    bench
    etc......just curious.

Every now and then, I dedicate two straight weeks for doing nothing but compound movements. Lots of pullups, dips, pushups, and other compound movements. This allows my smaller muscle groups to get some needed rest. Again, I never train on back-to-back days.

    why?

also it depends on the program and what you are trying to achieve, if you are lloking for size, this wont do much for you, there are better ways to gain size

how would you finagle the above for size? Providing I had a few days off first.....why wouldnt that be a good mass routine anyways?

    not true
    training to failure/hypertrophy= more mass

pushing heavier weight with lower reps not to failure = strength, this is what i do

the answer is you dont! use exercsie and a rep range that makes more snese for a body builder, stop trying 2 use power movemnts that are unspecific to put on size. maybe keep one major movemnt, but not five!
