my diet is consumin alot of calories.. i dont have an exact number but i can tell you its well over 2000 calories. lets see for breakfeast i would eat a big boal of origial oatmeal or kashis go lean cereal with soy milk. with a fruit, fish oil, and multi vit. i eat every 2.5-3 hours and try to balance 40/40/20 throughout the day. I eat all homecooked meals (italian houehold) so ill eat wats given. i throw in bananas yogurts walnuts etc. daily and have a 100 percent casein protein shake at night with flaxseed.
