    help to kickstart test E cycle

    im 20 years old with 6 years lifting 3 serious and want to build a base right now for my cycle. Right now im 5 11 185 lbs pretty lean and have done some good research. I came to the conclusion to run 500 mg/weekly of Test E every mon +Thurs for 10 weeks. but i didnt want to kickstart my cycle with dbol because of all the extra water retention and shit.. i do have super mastervol and mdrol and would liek to kickstart the first 3 weeks with one of these at 20 mg/day with the Test E. In the past i have ran superdrol before for 2 weeks with no sides. So which would be wiser to stack with the Test? Thanks

    i would set a goal to get to 200lbs first then cycle.. as u can still attain that farily easily imo w/ a solid diet.. btw post up ur diet i wanna see wat your working with.. then after that i will tell ya wat you should use to kikstart it

    my diet is consumin alot of calories.. i dont have an exact number but i can tell you its well over 2000 calories. lets see for breakfeast i would eat a big boal of origial oatmeal or kashis go lean cereal with soy milk. with a fruit, fish oil, and multi vit. i eat every 2.5-3 hours and try to balance 40/40/20 throughout the day. I eat all homecooked meals (italian houehold) so ill eat wats given. i throw in bananas yogurts walnuts etc. daily and have a 100 percent casein protein shake at night with flaxseed.

    the only bread i eat is whole grain not even whole wheat... im very strict with my diet and training to it woul dbe great to know if its wise to stack super mastervol or mdrol with test at 500 mg weekly... =)

    if you cant even spit up the numbers.. YOUR NOT READY FOR AAS and i promise anyone w/ any experience will back me on that.

    2000 calories????? thats one meal for me!!! Your diet SUCKS !!! that is the problem

    Tai is giving you solid advice....if you dont' know how to eat yet, then you are wasting the steroids !!!

    well its hard to count a huge bowl of pasta and meatballs

    its not liek i dont take everything else into consideration.. i eat a supple amount of food i know how my body metabolizes and i never had a problem putting on or losing weight so when i gradually gain weight i know im eating a good amount of food to pack on muscle..

    Yep. Also "well over 2000 calories" is very vague. Your diet doesn't look strict. You need to figure out exact amounts and macros.

    so kan u give me your total protein intake, kCal intake w/ in 200cals, post work out nutrition protocol, and wat you eat before going to bed?

    so.. are you like even above maintaince? do you know how many cals u need to maintain? do you know how much u need to grow? do you know much would be excess when bulking?

    seriusly this are questions that anyone who is seroius bout aas should have answered before even LOOKING at a syringe or a 17aa..

    i consume about 1.5 grams of protein per pound i weigh 185 thus i take in around 280 grams a day my workout routine is 5 days a week .. for post workot i will have a protein shake immdediately after the workout of about 30 grams then ill have a meal consisting of high protein and carbs liek i stated i aim for 40 percent protein, 40 percent carbs, 20 percent fats and the fats are including healthy EFA's .. your right i do need to get a proper caloric intake but this dosent mean im starting my clycle tomaro im looking for a base right now.. thanks

    Look no one's trying to bash the hell out of you (maybe tai lol), but its obvious you aren't ready for AAS. You need to have a STRICT diet in place, not whatever mom's cooking. Get your diet in order with exact amounts. Find out how many calories it takes for you to maintain, and adjust your diet to fit your goals.

    I agree with wat every one has said to a point.....if your going to jump right into AAS with out a strict outlined diet you can still but on good gains you just have to eat ALOT.....start by tracking your protien intake making sure you get 2gs per lb and then work on carbs then fat.......now the one draw back of this is your deffff going to gain excess fat bc you will be doing it the lazy way......so if ur impatient then you will still make good gains if you eat alot u will just be packin on the fat at the same time....but counting protien intake is by far the most important.....to me anyways...good luck

    What they're trying to tell you is you need to know everything going into your body on a daily basis like a food scientist . Anyway, I don't know what well over 2000 calories means but at your weight I would say you need to get around 4,000 calories to start making progress.

    ok right now i consume about 2510-2530 calories a day... at 185 should i really alter that to bump up to about 3000 or 4000

    The most natural anabolic thing you can put in your body is FOOD !!!

    If you do it right you can grow like a weed. YES bump up the calories keep track of everything you eat and the macros of it all and you will be amazed at how much crap you are eating that will NOT help you grow with or without steroids.

    definitely man, 2500 is nothing. 2000 is just what the FDA says is the normal amount to not lose or gain weight technically. but ideally you want to eat 600 calories per meal and eat about 7 times a day. It will come out to about 4200 calories. You will grow like a madman and will boost your metabolism at the same time.
