2 shots per week buddy....
Monday night = 1ml (250mg) Thursday Night = 1ml (250mg)

good point...if ur using ent or cyp what i said above works...if its prop it needs to EoD i think...i like the long esters...less injections

Test Enanthate or Test Cypionate should be shot every 3.5 days (i.e. Monday Evening & Thursday Morning)
Test Propianate should be shot ED for optimal results, but can be EOD.
Suspension is shot ED or multiple times per day for hardcore users.
