    gain mass

Hello my name is Joe just thought i would get some opinions on here before i start my first cycle..
    i am 25 weigh 149 about 5'7"
I dont want to get too crazy but i have a extremely high motabolism and no matter how hard i train or how i eat i lose any gains very quickly...

I started out at about 129 pounds and have seemed to top out at 150 just by eating the right foods and upping my caloric intake...

moreover, im looking to bulk up...my frame is too small

    any replys would be appreciated

i had a fealing that was going to be the reply i got....the problem i have is that when i pack in maybe two or more meals a day for a couple months and make any gains at all if i dont stay consistent to the meals i lose gains very quickly...

i guess my genetics really suck!

Obviously bodybuilding isn't something you can only do for a month or two and look great, that's the reason why you don't see too many fit ppl walking around.

If you want it bad enough stop making excuses why you can't and start making excuses for why you CAN.
I started at 125lbs and I'm 225 now so don't play the genetics card.

225 naturally? i guess i have to go back to the basics it is easy for me to blame on genetics....lack of time blah blah blah...thanks guys for the replies...this truly helps...

Post up your diet in the Diet Forum so we can see what you're currently doing, from there we can suggest what needs to be changed..

I'm sure you could put atleast 50lbs on your frame no problem with time and dedication.

lol.. they do love to use that line don't they.

Just because it doesn't come easy doesn't mean it isn't achievable.

Glad to see you've calmed down a bit on the high dosages etc Tai.. I'm sure you'll live a much healthier life.

Def eat more than that i eat every 3 hours even if im not hungry just to get my calories in. But for cycle wise. Id run deca thats a big weight gainer. But of course youd have to run a test with it. But im not to sure its good for a first cycler to run to compounds. Test alone would put on about 15 pounds at 250mgs a week.but if your looking to stack deca once aweek and test once a week with your test levels higher so you dont get that deca dick... but i dont know if its smart running 2 compound for you first cycle. hope i helped a little

Depends on what you mean by screwed, but doing a cycle of steroids is definatly not advisable as you are now. What job do you do, cant you take food to work with you, dieting is hard work when your looking to gain, especially if your not a big eater, but it is the key to building muscle, look at the diet forums, loads of good advice there.

The only thing you need in your body at the moment is food, once you have mastered that, with good training, you will be pleasantly surprised with the results..................Hope this helps.
