    looks like it was smashed up against his leg on this shot. He was recently seen at a bar near where I live, word on the street is he's now terribly out of shape.

    i didn't think i could do it either til i broke my right forearm and was forced to try. it took me like 3 days to get off the first time, my muscles kept hitting failure and it was just awkward as hell but once you build the mind-muscle connection you'll be able to do it with either hand like a pro.
