Thread: can anyone order from sources?

    can anyone order from sources?

    jw if anyone can order from sources. ive asked some ppl i know use steroids and some say no but i think its b/c they want me to get my as from them. Some say you must have fake prescriptions and such. JW if anyone can order. I have read the educational forums and know the laws and such and have the supplier list that have legit as. would like to know if im able to order b4 i do so b/c i do not wish to get into trouble. Thx for the help!

    There are open sources that take orders from anyone.

    Private sources that require some good refs

    notthing is 100% safe! so being caught yes it is a possibility. i wouldnt worry so much about getting caught from ur source i'd worry a WHOLE lot more about getting caught by not keeping ur aas use on the dl and brag to ur friends thats dangerous

    Hey davethewavedra...just out of curiousity, what are your stats?

    Age? Height? Weight? BF%? Training experience?

    I may be wrong, but 1st impression tells me that you may have more to worry about right now than how to safely obtain steroids.

    Well yes im a new member here.

    -age 20
    -6'0
    -185 lbs
    -around 9-10% bf
    -been training hard for about 3 yrs now...gained about 30 lbs of quality musle in those 3 yrs
    -really would just like to take a safe cycle of OT for 4 weeks, 40 mg ed

    Yeaaaaa you are still on the light side, you said you were 175lbs in your other thread too. You have still got to grow and age some more before you start a cycle bud.

    agreed....and you definately dont look 185 9% in your picture thread.......didnt you say you have 15 inch arms...?

    i really believe im ready for as...my gains have deff come to a halt...my diet is in check...and i train like crazy! i love bodybuilding...its my hobby and it keeps me outta trouble (well kinda...i am trying to obtain illegal gear), but fear of gettin into trouble...i can obtain some now from a friends but would prefer to obtain my own solely from warnings from the educational forum which i read (yes im a newb that actually read the newb forums!)

    yes i have 15 inch arms...but i do way 185...175 was on my grandma scales lol...185 was my weight i weighed today when i left the gym (i stopped by my colleges athletic department)...i do respect yalls opinion though...maybe ill train a little longer naturally!

    post your diet/training routine...i guarantee at your stats you can keep growing...granted i started early but i was 20 years old 6' 205 17" arms 46" chest 24" legs....and those are small stats to some people for a beginner even...

    All large groups i do 8 -10 sets, all to failure
    small groups i do 5-6 sets, again to failure

    Monday:Chest/tris/abs
    Tues:Back/Biceps
    Wed:Legs/Abs or off
    Thurs:Shoulder/Traps
    Friday:Abs, and legs if i didnt do them Wed

    Diet is at least 300 grams protein (normally more) from chicken, tuna, turkey, shakes; around 280 carbs from pure oats, brown rice, wheat bread and carbo force; i think this about 3500 cals aday, about 80 grams fat day.

    diet seems descent....u might just be a hard gainer try upping it to like 4200+ and see where that gets u for a while and ur routine could use work....i only train m/w/f and have seen good results in the three weeks i've done it...definately stronger and more rested on days i train

    Smart move...I would recommend you do some looking around in the diet and training forums to better your workouts and technique and to work on a boosted diet to put a bit more size on...couple more years and you should be well primed to take that step to the dark side.

    i train my abs 3 times a week on a circuit. basicaly 3 lower, 3 upper, 3 sides. Love the burn i get from this. You have a better technique?

    deadlifts, bent over rows, squats....thats where most of my ab work comes from.....and many others on the board as well until precontest then they might train them but nothin crazy. i might do 3 sets of 20 "v-ups" once a week just messin around between sets but thats about all i do

    Ditto. I never touch abs. I started 3 weeks out from my last contest and I didn't even need to do that. Training abs won't bring them out. Only reason I'd recommend it is to bring up your core strength. But as said, all the core movements should already do that for you.

    And good call on holding off on aas. You got a ways to go before you should be hitting the sauce.

    No, I do not train abs. If I did I would not train them 3x a week. You can overtrain any muscle.

    i've always trained every muscle i can, neck, forearms, abs..., you might not need to but its not going to be detrimintal in any way unless maybe you're doing a 2 hour forearm or ab workout 3 times a week, lol. if you are fairly new to training i would include abs, if you've been training for a while and already have strong midsection muscles and a good mind/muscle connection with them then its probably not necessary but still would not be detrimintal in any way.
