    I am guessing you are suspecting you have low testosterone levels..thats what brings you here.

    But go see your doctor, and tell him to do bloodwork, ask to test your Testosterone levels, cause you have a feeling they might be low..

    He'll run the bloodwork, and give you back your results.
    Go from there.

    get muscle milk protein shakes, they are easy to drink and taste good start with one as soon as you wake up one after workout, one before bed. do that ontop of trying to increase how much you already eat at meals stuff yourself a little bit, and you WILL gain weight. How tall are you

    Then taking steroid will do nothing for you if thats what you are looking to do. Using AAS only produces results when you take in much larger quatities of good quality food than you already are. If you want to get serious, you need to study up on diet and weight training. Only after a couple of years minimum should you even consider using AAS. I lifted naturally from the age of 15 at 135 pounds and 6 foot tall to the age of 30 at 225 pounds and 6 foot tall. This was all done naturally, spent about 15 yrs or more before using anything.

    I was about your weight when i was 25, same height. Now my weight is 180. Started putting on weight at 27 or 28. You probably have a very high metab. also. I'm guessing you probably go to the crapper 3 or 4 times a day? I don't know what will work for you, but I think my metab. went through some changes, started crapping less, appetite increased somewhat, and religously stayed on the weight pile. I would try a cycle of Test, maybe started with some A50 or Dbol and throw in some EQ to help stimulate some appetite. Find a good diet, eat 2grams of protein per kilo of BW, drink alot of water, and train. Your at the age when your metab. is going to change and you will start putting on weight. Consistancy is the key here as is everything in life. Good luck!! KK.

    Add a couple of meals to your day by eating fruit but not like a little girl try to eat like 4 pieces a couple apples & a couple bannanas & add a high carb protien bar or shake. This will get you used to eating more in a day and you dont have to be hungry at all to do it.

    wat works for hard gainers. have 2-3 protein shakes a day, eat pasta, nutri grain, bread, rice, cakes, kebabs as much as you can with 2-3 hours max inbetween meals just eat trust me it works its worked for me before i juiced up. and still is working try to get approx 4000 calories intake into your body a day

    If you think steroids will help you they won't if you are saying you don't eat much and have no appetite. If anything the steroids might make you gain a little weight but that will only be because of the water not muscles. At 125 pounds you shouldn't even be cloooose to thinking about taking steroids. The main thing it does is speed up protein synthesis and nitrogen retention etc. but without the food going in all that stuff won't matter and the steroids will be going to waste. Hence steroids = nothing but steroids + good quality food = something .

    Anyway I really suggest if you care about getting big then you force that shvt in you, it might be hard but if that's what it takes then that is what you are going to have to do. Lots of protein and lot's of carbs with moderate fat (the good fat). You don't even have to be exact with the ratios at this point because at 125, if I were you I would just EAAAAT like a mad man. Force it down just do it, no excuses, take something that will open up your appetite if you have to. So if you didn't get the moral of my post I will say it one last time.........EAT.

    Starting eating several small meals a day, also hook into a weight gainer and hit the iron hard.

    Food is your #1 thing you should be doing...go to the diet forum and people there can help you get things lined out to help you start putting on some weight naturally. Also your appetite usually has to be built up..it's hard to just start eating a lot more in just one days time. Start consuming more little by little. Another thing you may want to try that helps many people's appetite to eat more is B-12 injections...just a thought.

    steriods probably arent the answer, work your ass off eating and in the gym, gains will come slower but they'll last and youlll ahve your health, then if u decide to cycle the good stuff you'll be in a way better position. However 29 is probably old enough if you ahve lower test levels go to the doc and tell him you have trouble getting it up...i know of a few people who supposedly did this and were prescribed test injections....if that works it's all letig and insurance might even pay for it!!
