I have a few questions concerning the use of tanning beds. First off, I know they increase the risk of skin cancer. How often should one use a bed to recieve a tan and minimize cancer risks. I have been going 3 times a week, should I reduce the amount of times I go and increase the break between tanning sessions? Should I just stop tanning in general. I really like the tan I've got from tanning, but I'd rather be without a tan and cancer free, then look good with cancer.
Also, how do professional bodybuilders get a tan before comp? Because I seen a recent pic of Jay Cutler and he was very dark.
