When im on or off MY TRAINING IS EXACTLY THE SAME.
when im on or off my diet is still my number one priority.
as for training.. when im cutting i lift no longer than 30-40min
when bulking i lift for like almost 1.5-2hrs.. YOU know why it takes so long
kuz i take a ****ing nap BETWEEN SETS! but i still do bout same amount of sets/excercises, just heavier w/ longer breaks
give you an example.. i take any where from 3-4min between sets or longer and then ATLEAST 5min between excercises just sitting there resting.. works wonders
