    --first cycle--

    im planning on doing my first cycle within the next month or 2 and just wanted some input on it.

    i plan on doing 400-500 a week of test prop for 10-12weeks
    and 50-80 of winny a day 6-8 weeks
    and of corse pct with nolva and clomid

    my question is how many weeks should i do winny for because i understand that the oral is horrible for ur liver.. and when should i take it the first 6-8 weeks or the last 6-8 weeks? -- iv been reading at the start but i just want to make sure.

    well my question was in bold-- and i didnt expect my question to be answered with a question.. just simply how long should winny be ran for, when, and how much .. but here u go anyways

    you should start to stack winny on your 8th week of your cycle and continue use for 6 weeks if your scared of liver damage go to the store and buy milk thistle it helps protect your liver

    okay thanks, and whats the difference from starting it on the first week vs the 8th week....
    i've read a few of people's threads and they started it in the begining.

    i dont know thats how ive always done it... i focus on gaining mass in the beginning and then cutting it off towards the end, so you work out / eat at beginning to gain mass then u start to switch to cut down makes more sense that way

    winnie is ran near the end of your cycly to help solidify some of your gains,although at 20yrs old you should hold off a few years before you cycle, the majoraty of people here are going to tell you to wait,but if you dont want to listen just stick with the test and forget the winnie
