Doctor Said *hgh In You'r Shoulder 1x (3.5 Iu) At Night
*hcg Below Belly Button 1x ..MON,WED,FRI (4 iu)EACH TIME
*test Cream 2x A Day Morning And Night Inner Thigh
*dhea Pills 1x Every Morning
Is Their A Better Way To Take This ? Any Suggestion's ?

Well the HGH should be shot sub Q in the stomach the same way as the HCG. It should also be done the minute you wake up not when you go to bed.

4 IU of HCG wont do shit, either 250 or 500 IU twice to thre times a week is the right dose there.
