Alright, im 18, and in need of a serious workout schedule and supplements. I used to wrestle so i know alittle about good routines to go with, but i lost alot of muscle. I wanted to know what would be the fastest, fastest way to gain muscle and just plain out bulk up. Im mainly looking for those big ass pecs and huge arms hah but yea if anyone can help me out or point me in the right direction, i would really appreciate it!
