I'm a one ply equipped master's lifter and after looking at Doc's deadlift routine I think I am going to try it. Doc also mentions a squat routine he used with it. Doc, if you read this or anyone who can explain that routine would you be kind enough to share it? I'm a 5'10", 198 lb. Master lifter. Best lifts are 610,415, and 675. I desperately want to break 700 deadlift which I have been very close too. I am looking for routines that an old body will respond to and the deadlift routine looks like it would work well.
