I have heard somes BBs don't consume their normal 1-2 grams (per lb) of protein on off days and don't include creatine (on those days) with their suppliments either.
I guess the theory being...hell, I don't know.
How many in here adhere to this practice...or do you shoot for the same amounts (of both) everyday?
