i think I am going to forget the quest for size and cut down big time. I have never aspired to be a competitor in BBing, I started lifting about 8 years ago b/c I was always very very small 137lbs was the most I weighed b4 training at 5'11" none the less. I reached 235lbs at my max and was around 13%bf at that time. Even if I cut down to 185 and am very lean and vascular I still added a huge amount of weight to my frame and will feel a lot better about not having to eat 3500-5k cals ED to maintain my weight. I like the look better anyways, the only problem is those who think size makes them a better person or more of a man then me will get on my nerves a bit but then again there girls wil probably like my "fight club" look better LMAO. You never see mainstream models looking huge. Only models for supplements and such. the biggest thing for me is that I can do it easier b/c of my metabolism plus i hate eating big all the time, and Id like to start sprinting again and just at least be able to sprint again would be wonderful, or even itch my back when i have an itch(I havent been able to reach any part of my back in quite some time.) just idle thoughts .... thanks![]()
