    Here is an after pic from my last cycle, I am sorry I didn't have any before. I am 6'2" and went from 217 to 231 during the cycle. Tell me what you guys think. This might not work properly it is my first attempt at a post.

    For bench I have been doing 225 for as many reps as I can get, I usually hit around 28 or 29, my best max is 405 for 2, I have never tried any higher because I don't want to get hurt.

    My Cycle was pretty light,
    I did 50 MG Winny every day for 6 weeks and 40 MG of Anavar every day for the last 4 weeks, I took that pic on Saturday and then I figured out how to post, I will try to get more pics soon.

    You've got some serious upper chest development bro. Do you do those high reps with 225 on an incline? Man, you must get an awesome burn doing such high reps with a relatively heavy weight. How many sets do you usually do for chest, including all (and which?) exercises?

    My Chest Workout

    Monday- 4 sets Flat Bench 225 AMP
    4 sets Cable cross-overs for 20 reps


    Wednesday- 4 Sets Incline 225 AMP
    4 Sets Decline 225 AMP
    4 Sets Dips AMP


    Friday- 1 Set Flat Bench 225 AMP
    4 Sets Cable Cross-overs for 20 reps
    4 Sets Dips AMP

    Some say this is over training but this is what works for me, the stronger I have gotten since I was 18 (I am now 22) the less work my body allows, my pecs are sore and my forearms as well. And yes I get a hell of a burn, almost a nausea type feeling, I have to be mentally ready to do this chest workout.

    Here is my workout:

    Mon-4 sets Flat Bench 225 AMP
    4 sets Cable cross-overs for 20 reps

    3 Back Exercises- 4 Sets of 12 (Lat Pull Downs, DB Rows, Low Rows Usually)
    16 Sets Biceps 15 reps each (Curl bar, Concentration, Hammers, Preacher Hammer, Usually)

    Run Sprints

    Tuesday- Squat 4 Sets 10,5,5,5
    Lunges 4 sets 8 reps each leg
    3 Sholder Exercises 4 stes each 12 reps (Military, Front Raises, and Shrugs)
    100 Calve Raises
    12 sets Triceps 4 sets each 12 reps (Overhead extensions, pushdowns, Dips, or kickbacks)
    Jog 2 Miles

    Wednesay-4 Sets Incline 225 AMP
    4 Sets Decline 225 AMP
    4 Sets Dips AMP

    2 Back Exercises like above
    16 sets Biceps

    Saturday- Depending on the night before I will try to jog and do some triceps, soem times get in, some times don't.

    I also play Football in College so I go to my teams workout during teh morning, pretty patehtic though, I do get some cleans and jerks in during that time.
