I sold over 150 pounds of chicken today at the meat department, it was onsale for .99/lb But it was bone in whole breast with skin, so I didn't buy any. But I did buy 10lbs of 93% lean for the price of 80% lean

1.59 a pound!!

Well ass update. Still FUXING HURTS! Alot better today though.

By the way.....the night I posted this thread i got 30minutes of sleep....Dozed off (well I think I did) and saw the clock and 30 minutes passed.

So heres what you do if you have a growth in your ass. Booz follow these instructions cuz you said you have the symptoms. haha

I iced....numbed my cheek so less pain....afterwards no relief.
Heat pad....some relief....aslo kids bare ass on bad, no boxers on.
Long very hot shower with lots of stretches. Yes you heard right.
Being in an apartment stretching naked and screaming loud in the shower was not unheard of yesterday.....Really helped I must say.

The ass pain didnt stop the cycle, its from a surgery I had a few months back keeping me from working out fully. SUcks.
