    i have just last week set up my own tropical aquarium, did all that was required as far as water treatment goes, added 4 fish yesterday, then in the space of 8 hours my sucking roach AND orange finned shark both kicked the proverbial bucket! cant figure out why.... atleast my little neon and the japanese fighter fish are still ok, but cant help worry they will die tonight.

    i feel for you tai, marine fish are the coolest, and cost a bomb

    quite possibly.. the nitrogeni put in my tank for my plants is supposedly MODIFIED so it is only active when the plant utilizes it making it fish friendly.. BUT! all the alive ones have burnt noses from ammonia burns.. so I THINK it was an assassination attempt!

    Spike the endlicherie cognicus bichir, when i got him he was a malnutritioned squirt.. after 2 yrs he was the biggest in the tank, he would eat so much that his stomache would stretch to the point of being transparent! (he was just like me as well!)

    i like marine but i dont like the lighting for the coral.. mine are amazonian fish, its funny kuz i was watching this special on Animal planet bout an expedition they were doing down there. they were diving into the water and shit and finding these fish.. and are like WOW this one is SO RARE! this is the first time it has been filmed!

    rhonda looked at me, then looked bak at the tv and goes.. YOU have that fish.. thats Ray!! look! LOL and sure enough like 5 of the fish they were DISCOVEREING where in my fuxin TANK! stupid biologist!

    Those are some kick ass looking fish. Made me think on whether I should get an amphibian/reptile or some freaky hungry fish instead......But still want some amps or reps.
