Quad Injections Leg Spasm

I was on my 5th shot today (1 ed). One in each glute and delt. No problems with the sites. I went to the quad today for the first time ever and had a problem. On the way in my leg had a spasm or two. Wasn't sure what do so I took out the needle, repalced it and went to my glute again.

Does that happen or did I do something wrong? And can I use 4 sites with ed injections?

you must have hit a nerve going into the quad. try again

you nicked a nerve...usually isnt a problem for me..but you did the right thing if you werent sure.

I hit one almost every time i do quad. Push the pin in very slowly and make adjustments while your pushing it in. Only thing i find if i inject right at the nerve, it hurts like a bitch for a week.

After a while you learn where the nerves are and know where to inject.

I dont know, this is my third cycle and im doing ED and ive hit my quads the most. i think its an individual thing, either way if you take your time, theres no problem

Quads are tricky, but they can be great if you find a good spot.

I've got 2 shots today. One in left glute one in left delt. I will have to go back to quad by Wednesday or head back to right glute after only 3 days. I would try it again today, but am doing legs and don't want to be sore for it.

that's happened to me a couple times...you probably nicked a nerve...youre probably fine
