ok ill be first to tell you not to take juice
A) your too young B) you need to get a base C) if your asking for a diet your obviously not eating right and aas will do sh*t for you...just eat healthy and everything in site youll gain
Go to the diet forum, read and search its all there. You can stop in at the workout section too and form yourself a good workout. I would make sure you eat and train properly then you will see results. At 5'11 and 20 years old, your far from being at a plateau. Gear will not help you anymore if you cant help yourself get to at elast 200+
Gear wont do much for you? I disagree with that.
Of course if you go on gear you will gain, however there are some things to think about.
With your weight being in the lighter side, you could face a serious injury, this is due to the gear you take giving you so much strength that your joints and ligaments cant handle it, and applying more weight will put more stress on them and they might buckle under the stress (break/fracture)
Another issue would be that at that weight if you take gear of course you will gain, however IMO there is no reason to spend so much money on gear now, b/c you can gain alot more mass naturally right now.
I wasnt at a plateau and i hadnt reached my max potential, and i started gear when i was 170.Originally Posted by MrMe
Im sure that alot of the bros here experienced included hadnt reached there potential when they started taking gear and also at a relatively young age.
IMO it matters more how hard one wants to work, a dedicated bro, who will stick to a strict diet and a strict training regime even at 155 will see gains. HOwever one has to educate themselves on proper cycling, and know the pros and cons (as i mentioned in the above post)
I have to agree. There are many reasons to take gear and many results to be had. Is the result any better for a guy who goes from 12% bf to 8% than a guy who goes from 25% to 18%? Both are probably happy and could have done it natural. Although many on here would tell the 25% not to do it and say he isn't ready. Same with a 6ft 170lb guy. Is it better to go from 200 to 220 than it is from 170 to 190. I think some people see the weight and bf being thrown at them as reasons not to do AAS when that is what they are trying to correct. It becomes a reason to do it. They think, well I will do one and then come back at the weight they told me. Then I can get some help.
What is really being said is they don't have a good enough training base and diet to make it work. If they did, they would have lower bf or better weight. And that makes sense for most peopel.
By all means your right, most people that come on here say they have reached a plateu when they havent and take some gear and do great gains. But why not try to get a little firther without before jumping on gear? If you dont have enough motivation to push yoursel to a plateau, will you have enough to eat and push enough while on gear?
Most will say they have a great diet and great workout and all that, when in reality its not the best nor the worst. I train a few friends here at my gym and the first thing they said when i said diet was "Its all good, its perfect!". When i told them to get caloryking and log their meals for 3 to 5 days just to actually see "how good" it was, they where quite suprised when they where only getting in 2800 cals range a day.
I rather push someone to dedicate themself to go do shoping for food, training, sleeping, doing things properly so when they do decide to jump on, they are already in the groove of things and have discipline
