just wondering if any of you know of anything i can add to my post workout protein shakes to add some carbs. i use ON whey, which doesn't have near the carbs i like for PWO. i usually eat a 3/4 cup oatmeal with it but then i feel all bloated for a while. any help is appreciated. even a different kind of protein powder that has more carbs maybe would be a solution, let me know what works for you. ON seems to be the best bang-4-the-buck powder out there to me.
