    sust/test cycle

    i had this one up a couple of days never got to check it and then it disappeared so anyway.
    week 1-9 sust 250
    week 1-9 test 200mg a week

    my first cycle i am 28 years old weigh 167 and am 5'10 with low body fat
    this is all i am getting right now but have the opition of getting some more test possibly. Anyway will have clomid and novadex too, just wondering what u guys think.

    if u already gave me a reply i would appriete another one since i dont know what the hell happened to that other thread.

    What is your body fat%? You're pretty thin to start on the sauce just yet. And sust is test.

    im not for sure what it is but i'll tell ya that i dont have that much fat on me, but my real question is what so u think i can expect roughly from this cycle.

    how much you gain is completely dependant on your diet. If your diet isn't perfect, you'll just gain water weight. Although I don't consider water weight as gains. You'll lose it all after the cycle.

    caleries

    i am not afraid to eat, but i am thinking 3500 callories during the cycle which is what i am eating now. but i was wondering if i should possiable increanse this by 500 making for 4000 caleries a day. what do u think

    the cycle is redundant.

    1. sust is made up of 4 diff esters of test there is no reason to use both sus or test pick one or the other once you decide you need to

    a. run the cyp or enth ? at 500mgs per week 250 mgs per week
    b. run the sus at 500 mgs per week EOD or ED

    2. judging from your stats Im gonna guess you need to train naturally for a while, I think you could build a bigger base to work with later on.

    How long have you been training anyway?

    i have been training for 3 years solid, i started out at 140 and took a while to get into a good diet, but for the past year i have been eating a good 3500 caleries a day. and now today at 165, but the deal with the cycle is i am getting it off a guy i know so i do not have the opition of a realable internet source.

    some numbers i workout with 170 can do 8 times
    max is 225 on flat
    my legs are pretty strong can squat 230 no problem which is good for me, i know that is not strong for most
    my arms seem to refuse to grow but do get stronger
    can pick 135 off the ground and up over my head 3 times on average; look forward to being able to workout with this weight

    I would suggest waiting until you have a better source and after you've done some research.


    I would wait period, 3 years isnt that long, you can make huge gains naturally IF YOU WANT TOO!

    man i really appreite the feedback, but after paying a descent amount of money into this not to mention that i have done research i dont think this will be a bad first cycle. i am going to get my phone back on the internet sometime soon but either way i have some time because i don't expect to be getting the gear for a least three weeks. but anyway after doing a little more reading i am thinking about doing my shots like this
    week 1- 9 mon-250 shot of sust; thursday- shot of test
    i know alot of people would say to do more but because of money issues this is not an opition i wish i did have a front loader along with a little more test but this will do for now. Anyway my main focus at this point is to keep has much gains as possible. I plan to have pics up soon of where my starting point will be any feedbac is greatly apprieted
