    should i wait?

    was gonna start my 2nd cycle next month but i recently dropped 60 pounds in under 3 months to see my abs for vacation last week. Im actually weaker now than before i started my 1st cycle. ON CYCLE benching 315x8 yesturday 275x3
    (i was kinda sick too) Should i hold off on a cycle since i lost so much and just hope that it comes back naturally

    Well actually if youve dieted down ..it may be ideal to get On ...it will give a rebound effect...pretty much like the priming Marcus writes about...what are your goals???

    After such a drastic weight loss, I would say yes. I would get the diet on point and get bac to 100% health from your illness. Nothing worse than wasting gear while you are sick.

    Since you have cycled before, you should know if you are at 100% or not.

    I would say after a dramatic loss such as that, you are bound to have suffered some muscle loss. So diet should show you some results. But importantly, get back to 100% health.

    1. my goals. Get bench back around 400 lol to pack back on lean mass... maintain body fat perhaps even drop a percent or 2... Test prop and tren cycle so i hear both may be possible
    2. last cycle was test e and dbol
    3. I wasnt that sick just a little cold but a whole week of drinking in cancun didnt help i dropped the 60 without bein sick

    I just didnt know if i should wait for my strength to come back till where im at least reppin 275 8 or 9 times again...(thats where i was at before i started my first cycle) the way im feelin now though thats gonna be awhile

    so i guess what im trying to say is can i expect to get as strong as i did on the last cycle even though im not as strong as i was when i started the 1st one... or am i better waiting for awhile for my strength to come back on its own

    neuromuscular facilitation will be a big factor in your next cycle. As you have already been lifting such a heavy weight in the past. it shouldnt be to hard to rebound back to where u were. I would expect some very nice gains in this cycle for you. I say +1 for a cycle

    but definetly wait till you 100% on the health

    Agreeed lol I'll add this I don't think your ready for tren though that stuff is hardcore i thought i was ready one i took a shot i thought my heart was going to come out of my chest my head hurt i had sweats i stoped after my first shot which was 1ml lol 2.

    If you got good gains off test e and dbol i'd move to sust250 with dbol.

    im not much of a believer in sust, if you like the cycle you have planned then go for it, just be ready

    thanks 4 your guys help. this is kind of a stay lean cycle while putting on strength.. (I know your not supposed to expect to cut and get big at the same time) but im not looking to drop more than a percent or two in body fat.
    Anyways ill prolly start in just 3 - 4 weeks... Trying to find out where i wanna start out my calories.. i was only eating 2000 while cutting im back around 2800-3000 now. trying to make sure i dont gain too much from that... im at 190lbs as of now i figured id start my calories higher in the begining of the cycle like 3500 and slowly cut them down to 2800-2500 or so at the very end
    (i know the calories sound low normally i bulk with 5500-6000) but i want to be sure not to add any body fat... my body has been so use to 2000 a day im scared it will start storring too much fat if i get more
