Let me start by saying this site helped so much for me when doing some research on my first cycle of TEST-C. I've researched my PCT and what to use for a first time. I have my all the right gear but just one question. There is so many different people suggesting the doses. Once a week at 300mg or twice a week at 200 or 300. I'm 32 years old,224lbs and right now at 14% bodyfat and I train at 6:00pm at night 4 to 5 times per week & run twice per week. This is my first time so what would be a safe dose. 1 or 2 per week? I know it sounds like I have no idea but i want to be sure I don't waste time and money here, or my health! Any info would help.
