I think your refering to the Paleo diet ( nuts, meats, and fruits)
isnt that the PALEOLITHIC or "jesus" diet.... anything that can be picked or killed I believe...a girl at my gym promotes it & she lost a ton of weight, but shes a freak....we call her crazy ann..
that how all the new fad diets are u lose all ur water weight because u dont have any carbs that hang onto the water. Its only a temp weight lose ull gain alot of the weight back after u finish the diet plus its not healthy to take in zero carbs

I think you would feel slugish and tired all day. I would never cut carbs completely. I just limit my intake to morning hours. that way I burn them off by the end of the day.
I think the no carb diets are ridiculous its unhealthy and dont work imo

with regards to the paleo diet, carbs can be consumed, through fruits and veg, u can also take in honey as well, its natural!
i tried it for a week and i dont think iv noticed such a big change in how i feel in terms of energy levels and alertness ever before. the diet is great, wish i coudl afford to do it all the time!
If you are on a cycle you will retain some muscles if you are natural you will lose a lot of your pump.
I was an adive atkins follower and low carb it works takes the weight off quick but since your body glycogen stores are so low you hardly have any energy left to train.
If you do try it dont stay on it for more then one month.
Low carb often means dizzyness, lack of energy and concentration during the body shift to ketosis, for some people its only temporary but for me in ketosis it means hell.
