HELP!
I just started back working out after years of NOT working out.
Iam 46 yrs old, 5'10, I started at 213.5 lbs(out of Shape)
Iam. doing the P90X workout. ( which is GREAT)
My 3rd week into P90X workout Iam 201lbs. Some freinds got me started on 1.5 Grams of Protein per lbs of Weight. Plus D-bol & Winni-V, 1 Tablet each, 1 hour before work out. Plus I take 1 Pill each of Milk Thistle, & Liver Aid.
and Last i take Betagen10.57 g mixed in 4 oz of water 2 times a day.
Maybe its just the work out? the D-bol & winni-V? or all the above.
But my arms are starting to get Hard Solid Mass,( but about the same size 18Inches). I would like to start to ad size. What dose a D-bol( How many Tablets?) and Winni-V should I take?
My diet is Mostly all Protein, NO junk Food at all. 2,400 cal. a day.
I feel great at what iam doing, but i Have been reading, & reading on the Threads, Do your Reserch. Ok But you get All kinds of answers with everything! What kind of cycle should I be Doing? Thanks for any Help.
