    Captin-catabolic

    I have been lifting b4 breakfast and EOD I do PWO cardio for about 30 min at low intensety b4 breakfast also.I eat a 75g protien shake with fruit mixed in it and 3 rice cakes for pwo, then i hop in the shower and once i get out i make a fat breakfast with at least 7 egg whites.The ? is, is am i losing more muscle this way.I lift 4-6 days a week and have a very good diet its just i can only lift in the morning and i can liflr on a full stomach or i puke.I

    I would suggest then to consume some protein preworkout atleast.... you gotta remember your in a depleted catabolic state just from the night time... then you go right into your Workout its crazy you gotta eat something pre... even if its only a shake

    What if i wake up at about 4and drink a shake and goa back to sleep and hit the gym at about 530or6 would that b ok

    I dont see why not... the thing is you gotta remember when you sleep for say 8 hours straight thats 8 hours atleast after your last meal...if you were to eat 1 1/2h before workout you'd have some kind of fuel to work with... In my opinion thats would be best...

    i agree 100% with prefectbeast you need something in you before you train not right before but at least an hour before you train and you shouldnt train 6 times a week that could also result in losing muscle

    if you dont have anything in you when you lift your body is going to use your muscle as fuel

    I will start having a shake and fruit a hour or so b4 i lift. thanx guys
