I know this is a completely stupid question but what different types of exercises could one do for cardio? I ask this because I suffer from some sorta weird ADD or something because running just doesnt do it for me.
When I was in HS and even when I was in college I didnt have too many problems running if it was a sports exercise and I had to dribble a basketball or soccer ball, etc.
Are there any alternatives to running, like jumprope or something?
