    havent had BF checked as there are no accurate ways of testing round here. I used diet and cardio to get cut!! Clen and T3 helped a little too! took 12 weeks.

    Thx guys. I will be in first timers class at the south coast. I have never done anything like it before so im pretty anxious but im pleased with how i look which is the main thing i guess!

    You should bring your elbows up a bit on your front double bi pose and also contract your biceps a bit more.

    Are you going to put on pro-tan tonight or tomorrow?
