hey guys 6'2 210lbs 12%bf. 3 years lifting 2 serious. bench max = 315lbs. deadlift max = 405lbs. this is my 2nd cycle.
My buddy ran a dbol and tbol cycle:
wk1-4 dbol 30mg ed tbol 60 mg ed 20 mg nolvadex ed
wk5-6 tbol 60 mg ed
wk7-8 tbol 80 mg ed
wk9 clomid therapy 100mg ed
wk10 clomid therapy 50mg ed
wk11 clomid therapy 50 mg ed
he got sum great results off this cycle. What do u guys think? Will I be able to retain any of the dbol muscle with this pct diet and training? I will also be using liverlonger to help from putting a bullett in my liver.
My diet is on point
4000 clean cals ed, 350-400g of protein ed (100g from shakes), 400 clean carbs ed.
workout 6 days a week
sun and wed = chest and tri's
mon and thurs = traps, shoulders and legs
tues and fri = back, bi's and forearms
