im going to run sustanon 250 at 500 mg weekly and i wanted to c if i can get away with .5 inch needles in the arm or would the minimum be 1 inch. and whats minimum for the ass.. thanks

Arm should be at least 5/8" ass is 1.25" but you can get away with an inch if you arnt fat
