Breakfast:
4 pieces of toast w/ maragrine
EXCHANGE FOR 1 CUP OATMEAL
milo/protein shake 40g
ADD 10 EGG WHITES
Lunch:
macca's
20 nuggets
2 large fries
1 L frozen rasp fanta
1 crunchie mcflurry
GET RID OF THIS WHOLE MEAL
Afternoon meal:
med size bowl of pasta
protein shake or milo
ADD 8-10 OZ CHICKEN BREAST
Dinner:
usual a steak or some kind of chicken dish
say 300g either 1
cup of veggies
2 potatoes or side of chicken curry pasta
REPEAT THIS MEAL FOR LUNCH
Supper:
Protein shake or 2 slices toast w/ maragrine
GET RID OF TOAST
ADD COTTAGE CHEESE AND A TABLESPOON OF PB
