    some1 help me work out calories

    wondering how many calories im takin in ea day roughly.

    Breakfast:
    4 pieces of toast w/ maragrine
    milo/protein shake 40g

    Lunch:
    macca's
    20 nuggets
    2 large fries
    1 L frozen rasp fanta
    1 crunchie mcflurry

    Afternoon meal:
    med size bowl of pasta
    protein shake or milo

    Dinner:
    usual a steak or some kind of chicken dish
    say 300g either 1
    cup of veggies
    2 potatoes or side of chicken curry pasta

    Supper:
    Protein shake or 2 slices toast w/ maragrine

    ??? Damn bro, didn't you see "Super Size Me"?? You got enough fat there to last a week probably. I mean everything else on your diet looks about right, but if your going to McD's get a salad with double grilled chicken and a couple of the honey mustard grilled wraps.

    ADD 10 EGG WHITES

    Lunch:

    GET RID OF THIS WHOLE MEAL

    Afternoon meal:
    med size bowl of pasta
    protein shake or milo
    ADD 8-10 OZ CHICKEN BREAST

    Dinner:
    usual a steak or some kind of chicken dish
    say 300g either 1
    cup of veggies
    2 potatoes or side of chicken curry pasta
    REPEAT THIS MEAL FOR LUNCH

    Supper:
    Protein shake or 2 slices toast w/ maragrine
    GET RID OF TOAST
    ADD COTTAGE CHEESE AND A TABLESPOON OF PB
