I found out that high volume/multi set workouts is just making my muscle recover longer, which does affect my workouts.

i found that moderate to low volume, high intensity works best for me.
rotating between 2on 1off and 3on 1off, depending how i feel.

Heh brother, not that I didn't believe, I just didn't know what overtraining was, untill I totally understood what happens with my body and muscle while I lift etc. Studying physiology and anatomy really pays off!Originally Posted by chest6
