    Beginner Questions???

    OK, first off I would like to apologize for not knowing the answers to these questions, but there is only so much the internet can help with.

    I am taking:

    200 mg every 3 days of Deca.
    100 mg every 3 days of Finaplix (tren acetate)
    1 mg ed of Propecia (finansteride)

    It has been about 10 days since I started and have NOT noticed and strength gains. How long does it take before noticing a difference? I am trying to go for more of a ripped look and not a bulky massive look although I do want some lean muscle gain. This is my first cycle and I am planning on taking both for 10-12 weeks. Am I taking enough? Should I be taking the Finaplix more often? Should I take something to cut down water retention? Is there a way to battle the sexual dysfunction if it occurs without talking test?

    I appreciate any help that can be given, I am kinda in this alone.

    i only ran tren once with amazing results but i believe your supposed to be running test with it as a rule of thumb...instead you have deca with it which according to most on this board, will kill your sex drive. I personally stay rock hard on deca and don't experience "deca dick" but since I seem to experience quite different side effects then what most report I would take my opinion on deca dick with a grain of salt. Tren I think needs to be ran around 300mgs./wk but dont take my word on it...10 days dont expect much on anything at all...

    If this is ur first cycle then u really otta not be running Tren, its more designed for advanced users, and as far as deca goes the gains don't come quite as fast but they are easier to maintain from what I've read and heard, to me Deca is kinda like a cousin to Equi. but it just stays in ur system a whole lot longer. Really and truly u do need a test to go along with the Tren, I would have done maybe Test Prop. alota of people seem to like that better for a cutting cycle and putting lean mass than its long acting brothers enan, cyp.
    I've done test prop. and my gains were very nice and i was able to stay lean in the process, but it does hurt like a m/f but thats just something to get used to.

    I try to eat as much protein as I can with trying to keep calories down. But living in Chicago it is hard to stay away from good (bad) food.

    Why are you trying to keep calories down while trying to gain muscle? It'd be a good idea for you to post a typical day's diet in the diet forum for critique.

    Need more clarification

    I am taking 200 mg every 3 days of deca and 100 mg every 3 days of tren for almost 2 weeks, when is it typical to start feeling stronger I have not noticed being able to lift more and/or have more stamina in my work out. Also if anyone knows....Why is it bad to take tren and deca? I have not noticed any negative side effects......yet.

    Use the search function and in 5min. you'll know what you're doing wrong.

    Deca takes a while to build up in your system. Tren acetate needs to be injected ED IMO, although some people would argue you can get away with EOD.
    If you don't eat enough you will not nake any serious strength gains. Hormones do stuff like instruct your muscle cells to synthesize more protien chains for muscle. If you lack the basic building blocks to make more muscle taking all the steriods in the world will not increase your muscle mass and there for limit your strength gains.

    IMO you should have at least low doses of test in there - 125-250mg test E/week.
    If your diet and training is right then you will cut regardless of the ester on the test.

    You won't have more stamina with tren. I would have read the profile of this drug before taking.

    that stack is a mistake without test! you shouldnt be stacking those two compunds together that is a recipe for limp dick for a year!! im not kiddin drop the deca add some test.. do your pct..

    ok

    Ok so I should probably add a low dose of Test E just to balance everything out, but I am reading that Deca is a better alternative if I am looking for more of a defined look w/o gaining to much mass.

    So maybe:

    75 mg Tren eod
    200 mg of Deca every 4 days
    200 mg of Test E every 4 days
    1 mg Propecia ed

    Does this sound better?

    28 yo
    5'10"
    190 lbs.

    Goal is to gain lean muscle mass and cut body fat percentage. I lift 3-4 days a week and do cardio at least 3 days a week. Not trying to get huge just want a nice muscular physique with a ripped look.

    how much body fat and how long have you been training?

    I have only been serious about training for about 3 months now. Body fat percentage is 13-14%.

    theres ur problem. u've only been lifting serious for about 3 months. put the aas away IMO

    Do not touch tren or any onther compound until you have trained for a while.
